It's not the same Sales Training BS of filling out forms or counting calls from some guy who once read a book; this is real-world stuff. It's also GREAT sales meeting fodder. I recommend a copy for every sales department in America. It comes as a .pdf file. You download it and print it immediately. I put the 119 pages into a 3-hole binder — and can't get enough of it.
